1. Except it's not. Storm 1 and 2 definitely have fps=0 and fps=1 in the.ini but Storm 3 literally says in my ini 'fps=60'. To check again, I deleted the file and verified the game and it still says fps=60 for me unlike the other two games. Setting it to fps=1 for example locks my game to 1fps.
